Includes all tenant services from Move In to Move Out. General Maintenance and Lawn Care included in the 10% of rental income servicer fee.

Select this option if you choose to handle your own maintenance or prefer to be billed as services are needed
Maintenance
Select this option if you prefer to handle you own tenant payment processing. Maintenance includes Lawn Care and general maintenance that does not require a licensed technician.
